Game 1: UNLV vs. Georgia Tech 2007

The opening game of our tournament features a UNLV squad looking for their first NCAA Tournament victory since the thrilling 1991 affair against a game Georgia Tech team.  Georgia Tech was led by a young Javaris Crittenton - you may remember him from such films as "Drawing a Gun at Gilbert Arenas in the Locker Room" and "Now in Jail for Murder".  College Crittenton was a pest, a guy who could get into the paint at will, and look like a spider monkey defending you.  UNLV made him look ordinary in this game, a testament to coach Lon Kruger, who is one of only a short list of coaches to take four different teams to the NCAA Tournament.  Without further ado, the opening game of our event - UNLV vs. Georgia Tech from 2006.
