Game 22 - Stanford vs. San Diego 2003

After upsetting significant favorites Gonzaga in their conference championship, San Diego was once again a large underdog in this one.  Stanford hadn't lost in the first round in over a decade, and was led by a bonafide star in Josh Childress.  The do-it-all forward scored 22 points to pace the Cardinal to a hard fought 77-69 victory over the Toreros.
