Game 28 - Weber State vs. North Carolina 1999

UNC hadn't lost a first round game in nearly twenty years.  Arguably at the peak of their popularity, the Tar Heels were confident heading into their first round matchup with Weber State.  The Wildcats were led by forward Harold "The Show" Arcenaux's 36 points in stunning the 3rd seeded Tar Heels 76-74.  Watch this one in full.
