Game 21 - California vs. North Carolina State 2003

Herb Sendek's NC State Wolfpack entered the Tournament as arguably the coldest team, having lost four consecutive games.  Leon Powe put a double-double up for the Bears, but it wasn't enough.  NC State overcame their losing streak and earned a six point victory in this one.
